Get FMA Help
You've checked the basics. Let's work through what's next, together.
Remote IT Support — 1 Hour
$85 / one hour
Work directly with FMA on a defined remote troubleshooting problem. If you used Connect, you can optionally share your report so we can build on what you've already checked.
A good fit for
- Wi-Fi or internet connectivity troubleshooting
- Business phone calling or configuration issues
- Help with a device, application, or remote-work setup
- Reviewing device enrollment or licensing with your authorized administrator
Plan a project instead
New locations, networking, VoIP or MDM deployments, migrations, upgrades, and multi-device work need a scope first.
Start an FMA Project →How it works
- Purchase one hour and provide a short issue description and your contact details.
- FMA contacts you to coordinate the remote session.
- We troubleshoot together and document next steps. Additional work is discussed before you authorize it.
One hour of remote support, not a guaranteed resolution or immediate emergency service. Hardware, licenses, provider charges, and project implementation are separate. FMA cannot restore a provider outage.
Your Connect ID stays editable and will be included in the support intake. Sharing your full report is optional; the ID does not automatically send it.
Never submit passwords, MFA codes, SSNs, payment details, or ISP credentials in a support form. Squarespace handles payment securely at checkout.
