Mobile Device Management
Microsoft Intune vs Jamf for small business: compare device mix, ownership and the workflows you need.
Device management starts with knowing who owns the device and what work it needs to do. Find guidance on enrollment, applications and the process your administrator will maintain.
For rollout planning, see MDM & Device Management services.
VoIP & Business Communications
8x8 vs Microsoft Teams Phone: compare call flows, licensing, network readiness and migration scope.
A phone system has to support the way customers reach your team. Distinguish poor audio from a call that disconnects completely, and collect evidence before changing settings.
For implementation and call-flow planning, see FMA VoIP services.
IoT & Connected Devices
An active SIM does not prove a device is delivering useful data. Follow the path from activation to network registration, a data session and the application receiving the message.
For onboarding or a representative pilot, see FMA IoT services.
Remote Work & Endpoint Support

Troubleshooting & FMA SHERPA
What is FMA SHERPA? Learn the six-part method and how to prepare a useful support handoff.
Start with what stopped working, who is affected and what changed. SHERPA gives those observations an order: Service, Hardware, Environment, Reachability, Provisioning and Assessment.
Compare one device with another, record the exact symptom, and identify what still works. After an approved correction, verify the original business task and document the result.
Have a current problem?
Start FMA Connect✓ for guided checks and a report of your observations. Connect does not access your network or check live outages. Generating a report does not send it to FMA.
For hands-on help, review Remote Help. For a rollout or migration, request a project. Keep passwords and confidential data out of your request.
